From an Idea Over Drinks to a Dream Taking Shape

Years ago, while sitting at what was once Luna in Cedar Falls, brothers Brian and Colin Hoyer started tossing around an idea — “How cool would it be to start a beer podcast… or even open our own bar?”

It was just talk back then — late nights, good drinks, and a shared dream of creating a place that felt like home (only with better cocktails ).

Fast forward to today, and that dream is turning into reality.

This summer, we can’t wait to welcome you to the place we always wished existed… so we decided to build it ourselves.
